Quality Control

Quality is a top priority for our team. Every day and in any conditions, building on our experience, expertise and technology, we work to deliver oil and gas construction projects that ensure quality and reliability for our customers and safety to our employees, the environment, and communities we serve.

This is more than just a mission statement; it is the way we do business. We use the highest quality standards at all stages of work and at all levels of the corporate structure, from the top management to construction teams.

CJSC Stroytransgaz has developed and implemented a Quality Policy and a centralized quality management system. These standards are applied in all of our subsidiaries and branches.  Our quality management system has been certified as conforming to the international quality standard ISO  9001:2008, the national standard GOST ISO 9001-2011, and also Gazprom’s corporate standard STO Gazprom 9001:2006.

Our Quality Management System includes multistage monitoring, independent construction supervision provided by dedicated company divisions, and third-party testing. Notably:

  • Quality Inspection Division, which is the general contractor’s quality control service independent of production units, carries out incoming, operational, acceptance and supervisory control throughout all the construction period;
  • Nondestructive Testing Division, a special standalone division rated Category B in accordance with GOST R ISO/IEC 17020-2010, interacts with the company’s operating units (Construction Quality Control Department and Quality Management System Department);
  • Additional quality control is conducted by a third party – independent Nondestructive Testing Laboratory contracted by CJSC Stroytransgaz and rated Category A in accordance with GOST R ISO/IEC 17020-2010.
