CJSC Stroytransgaz to Help Set Up Verkhnechonskoye Field

CJSC Stroytransgaz today announced that it has been selected by Verkhnechonskneftegaz to set up the well infrastructure of the Verkhnechonskoye oil and gas field in the Irkutsk Region. Until the end of 2012, Stroytransgaz will build oil gathering lines, oil pipelines, and a high pressure water pipeline for 3 well pads (pads 20, 47, and 50).

OJSC Verkhnechonskneftegaz is a joint venture set up by TNK-BP and Rosneft (where the companies hold 62.71% and 25.94% stakes respectively) to explore and develop the Verkhnechonskoye oil, gas and gas condensate field, one of the largest fields in Eastern Siberia.
