CJSC Stroytransgaz wins Gazprom Dobycha Nadym contract

CJSC Stroytransgas won the general contract to build two industrial facilities at Bovanenkovo oil, gas and condensate field developed by Gazprom Dobycha Nadym in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

The Gazprom Dobycha Nadym Tender Commission concluded that Stroytransgaz provided the best offer. The contract was awarded at an open tender on April 28, 2014.

Under the contract the company is to build a facility for electrical equipment repair as well as a maintenance base. The construction timeline is 2014-2015. The two facilities are a part of the construction project for the development of the Cenomanian - Aptian deposits of the Bovanenkovo oil, gas and condensate field. The Bovanenkovo field is a priority development target in Yamal.

The first startup complex, which comprises a comprehensive gas treatment unit with the annual gas capacity of 30 billion cubic meters and 60 wells, was commissioned on October 2012. The field productivity will gradually increase. In 2017 the field is planned to reach its design capacity of 115 billion cubic meters of gas annually.
