The contract implies execution of a number of works to prepare territories for preliminary gas processing terminal No.2, preliminary gas processing terminal No.3 and a field support base. The company will build motor roads, total length of 26.3 km, to have an access to these sites and to several gas wells in clusters.

CJSC Stroytransgaz is currently working on the project of the Power of Siberia gas transportation system. The company is the general contractor of the quay construction for heavy weight and construction cargos on the river Lena, 152.75 km of a motor hard-surface road from the tie-in point to the existing commercial motor road of OJSC Surgutneftegaz up to the gas processing terminal, as well as fulfills the preparation of the territory for the right-of-way of the linear part of the Chayandinskoye field deposit main gas pipeline up to the city of Lensk, total length 207 km.

The total length will make some 4,000 km, the design output — 38 bln m3 of gas per annum.

The Chayandinskoye field deposit is considered to be a unique one judging by the deposit size (categories С1+С2): some 1.45 trillion m3 of gas per annum and some 93 mln tons of liquid hydrocarbons (extracted). At the full field development there will be extracted up to 25 bln m3 of gas per annum and not less than 1.5 mln tons of oil per annum. The beginning of the gas production at the Chayandinskoye field deposit is planned for the end of 2018.
