December 15, 2012

CJSC Stroytransgaz has successfully completed its work on a section of the Ukhta-Torzhok gas pipeline and delivered in full its obligations under the 2010 contract with Stroygazconsulting LLC, the project’s general contractor.

In accordance with the contract, Stroytransgaz built turnkey a 185 km-long section.

“The Bovanenkovo-Ukhta and Ukhta-Torzhok gas transport systems are part of Gazprom's development program for Yamal to which the group itself refers as a megaproject,” Anton Rae, CJSC Stroytransgaz CEO says. “Starting this year, the new pipelines will bring Yamal gas to central Russia even the project has yet to be completed. There are plans to expand the system and we at CJSC Stroytransgaz hope to be awarded new contracts under this program. Whatever the operating conditions are we guarantee that the work will be delivered with the highest quality standards, on time and on budget.”
