CJSC Stroytransgaz appoints new CEO

On March 31st 2014, CJSC Stroytransgaz board of directors appointed Vladimir Eduardovich Kartashian CEO of the company.       

Vladimir Kartashian, previously deputy CEO for corporate and property relations at CJSC Stroytransgaz, assumed office on April 1st 2014.                                            

Former CJSC Stroytransgaz CEO Anton Rae will work on new projects outside the company.       

CJSC Stroytransgaz appreciates Anton Rae’s input in the company development over the years and wishes him success in current and future projects.                             

Vladimir Kartashian said: ”Today CJSC Stroytransgaz has a strong team which implements projects that are unique in terms of complexity and technological level. Our main goal is to continue targeted work towards strengthening CJSC Stroytransgaz leading positions in the oil and gas construction industry as well as bringing the company to the next level of development”.

 

Background information:

Vladimir Kartashian was born on May 14, 1972.

He holds a RANEPA MBA degree and is a university graduate in law and linguistics.           

Vladimir Kartashian has been Gazprom Stroytek Salavat CEO since its registration up until April 2013.

He was appointed adviser to CJSC Stroytransgaz CEO in November 2012.     

Since January 2014 he has worked as CJSC Stroytransgaz Deputy CEO for corporate and property relations and is a member of CJSC Stroytransgaz Board of Directors as well as Gazprom Stroytek Salavat Board of Directors.
