Providing a high level of social benefits and working conditions are a priority for CJSC Stroytransgaz.

Our company offers a voluntary health insurance program that includes a wide range of medical services. In addition, we provide accident insurance which is mandatory for our operations staff and is an important element of our company’s social policy.

Stroytransgaz has devised and implemented a certified HSE management system and a certified environmental management system which is reinforced through employee training.

We pay particular attention to improving our workers and consistently invest in development. Stroytransgaz offers unique training programs tailored for individuals and groups, professional training courses, and sideline professions. Whenever needed, our employees attend external professional advancement programs, trainings, and round tables.

We were the first company in Russia to open a network of training centers that have all the required equipment and testing and demonstration facilities. These centers’ programs foster professional development and teaching teamwork skills so trainees can work efficiently and as one.

Our operations employees regularly attend courses at certification centers of the National Welding Control Agency as required by the Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technical and Nuclear Supervision.
